Caribbean-Style Fried Salmon Fritters

- 1 lb fresh salmon fillets, skin removed and diced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Caribbean jerk seasoning
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- Vegetable oil, for frying

- Gradually add the dry flour mixture to the salmon mixture, stirring to form a thick batter.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

- Fry fritters for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
