- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Sesame seeds and additional green onions for garnish (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1 1/2 inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
